Prepare a human reviewer to assess a pull request quickly without posting or changing anything on GitHub.

The workflow gathers PR context, applies independent machine-check perspectives, maps acceptance criteria to implementation, and produces a self-contained HTML briefing opened in the browser (with a terminal fallback). It separates high-confidence findings from questions that require human judgment and includes paste-ready comment drafts.
